Overview
Sectional drive and plant-level MCS for a 4800 mm single-fourdrinier high-strength corrugating paper machine at 750 m/min. The drive system, MCS and field consoles are engineered, integrated and commissioned by our team.
Control architecture
A 12-pulse rectifier feeds a common DC bus shared by all-digital AC inverter sectional drives. The Siemens SIMATIC PLC performs speed-chain control and logic across every drive point, with master/slave load sharing coordinated from the wet section through to the reel; crawling speed is 15–25 m/min (adjustable).
